Refund policy

At The Wick and Wine Experience, each product and experience is crafted with intention and care. Because of the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please review the following policies before completing your purchase:

Workshops & Classes

All bookings for our candle-making experiences are non-refundable. We understand that life happens — if you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may request a one-time reschedule, subject to availability. To request a reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your event. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the booking.


Products & Custom Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles and custom items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@thewickandwineexperience.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.
