Welcome to The Wick and Wine Experience! By accessing or using our website, booking a workshop, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. 

General Use

By using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Workshops & Bookings

  • All workshop experiences are non-refundable.
  • A one-time date reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • The Wick and Wine Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a new date will be offered.

3. 

Products & Orders

  • All product sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a photo to request a replacement or resolution.

4. 

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of The Wick and Wine Experience and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in our workshops or use of our products. All customers agree to participate at their own risk and follow all safety instructions.
