Shipping policy

At The Wick and Wine Experience, every order is poured, packaged, and shipped with care. Please review our shipping policies before placing your order.
Processing Time
All candle orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS and UPS based on the shipping address and order size. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (email us before ordering)
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Local Pickup
If you’re local to South Holland or visiting us at Berwyn Shops, you may select local pickup at checkout (if available). You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, and pickup details will be shared at that time.
Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors or building management. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they are marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at sales@thewickandwineexperience.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
