Cancellation policy

We’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re booking a candle-making experience or shopping our handcrafted products, we want to make sure you understand our policies before completing your purchase.
Workshops & Experiences
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel your booking, we offer one-time rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit the booking without credit or refund.
- To request a reschedule, email sales@thewickandwineexperience.com with your order number and preferred new date.
Products & Custom Orders
- All product sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
- For custom items (such as personalized candles or event packages), please review all order details carefully before submitting.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery at sales@thewickandwineexperience.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
